1. Software is licensed, not sold
LRSCRIPTS resources are proprietary commercial software. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the software or any part of it. A purchase grants only the rights described in these terms and in the licence supplied with the product.
2. Licence grant
A valid purchase, together with the applicable Cfx.re / Tebex entitlement, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to install and use the purchased LRSCRIPTS resource on the servers authorised by that entitlement.
3. Configuration and permitted modification
Files that are intentionally provided as editable — including configuration files and integration example files — may be modified for use within your own licensed server environment.
Permission to edit these files does not grant any right to redistribute the resource, in original or modified form.
4. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, leak, publish or otherwise provide the resource, or any protected portion of it, to another party;
- claim authorship or ownership of LRSCRIPTS original code, user-interface work, documentation or assets;
- remove, alter or misrepresent LRSCRIPTS copyright, ownership or attribution notices;
- bypass, disable, defeat or attempt to circumvent Cfx.re Asset Escrow, entitlement checks, licensing controls or other access protections;
- use the resource, in whole or in substantial part, as the basis of a competing redistributed product without prior written permission from LRSCRIPTS.
5. Ownership and intellectual property
LRSCRIPTS retains all ownership, copyright and intellectual property rights in its original code, user-interface work, documentation, configuration design and LRSCRIPTS-created assets included with the product. No ownership rights are transferred by purchase, download or delivery.
6. Third-party names, platforms and compatibility
Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, frameworks and services — including FiveM, Cfx.re, Tebex, QBCore, Qbox, ESX and any other compatibility targets referenced in product listings or documentation — remain the property of their respective owners.
These references are provided to describe compatibility only. They do not imply ownership by LRSCRIPTS, nor any affiliation with or endorsement by the parties named. This licence grants no rights to third-party intellectual property.
7. Support, updates and compatibility
Support, updates and compatibility are provided only as described in the applicable LRSCRIPTS store listing, product documentation or written support terms in force at the time. No guarantee is made that future third-party framework, platform or service changes will remain compatible indefinitely.
8. Payments, billing and refunds
Checkout, payment processing, billing and applicable refund handling are provided through Tebex in accordance with the Tebex terms presented at checkout. Nothing on this page varies those terms or affects any statutory right you may have.
9. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LRSCRIPTS software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LRSCRIPTS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profit or server availability, arising from or connected with the use of, or inability to use, a resource. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you materially breach these terms — for example, by redistributing a resource or by attempting to circumvent escrow, entitlement or licensing protections.
On termination you must stop using the resource and stop distributing any copies of it in your possession or control, subject to any rights required by applicable law. Termination of the licence does not limit any other remedy available to LRSCRIPTS.
12. Changes to these terms
LRSCRIPTS may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in its products, platform requirements, or applicable law. Unless otherwise required by law or platform rules, the licence terms applicable at the time of purchase will continue to govern that purchase. Any material changes affecting existing customer rights will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
